   I have tried cleaning my disc and rebooting the xbox, I have also tested my internet connection but it seems ok. Anyone else know the problem or knows a solution.?

   Turn console off take power supply out and hold the on button for 25 second s then stick the power supply back in the back and boot it up its fixes loads of issues I hope it helps
